Carly Heissenbuttel is an 18 Year Energy Executive born and raised in New Jersey. Carly formally operated a boutique international consulting firm specializing in industrial manufacturing and electrical energy related technologies and deployment. In Carly’s work, she engages with Universities, Fortune 500 companies, and Government stakeholders bringing together her knowledge and experience in the field to create lasting projects that benefit all the stakeholder community. Carly’s mission is to commercialize these technologies in the USA and create an innovative ecosystem of safe clean resilient energy that can be scaled globally. She is a proud resident of Morristown New Jersey where she lives with her two school aged children and their dog. They enjoy hiking and biking on the trails in Morris County and are proud to call NJ home.

Dimitrios has held multiple C-suite roles within large and small life science and technology organizations. In addition to being the CEO and Chairman of a publicly traded NASDAQ technology company possessing a significant IP estate, he has served as general counsel to several companies. He has held several leadership roles in HR, IR, Compliance, and Industrial relations. He has been instrumental in assisting several companies and entrepreneurs have a global presence. He currently serves as a board member of several public and private companies.

Kirk’s 35-year career has focused on M&A and capital transactions. He has led over 50 transactions totaling $13.5B in total deal value. A MBA and CPA, Kirk is skilled in securing investors and funding, taking responsibility for the full transaction cycle from planning, marketing, term sheet preparation, diligence, agreement negotiation, and closings.

Mr Kociuba has spanned a career holding executive positions throughout various roles in transmission and distribution as well as utility roles. Ken served the island of Bahamas as the executive director for the utility company overseeing all assets human and power related. Mr Kociuba brings a robust experience in historical power generation which will assist in EvergreenEERS as we work together with existing infrastructure on transitioning.

Frank Spent the majority of his career as VP of Operations for the top Data Center company Equinix. Frank oversaw the design build of Data Centers through the USA. Frank is an owner of a data center in NJ that also possessed the first subsea cable. Frank has provided engineering and design for prototype product design for industrial processing applications. Frank will be supporting the Development of new sites as well as working on the technology development and advancements while at EvergreenEERS

Mr. Azeez is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience impacting the performance of multi-million dollar domestic and global organizations, operations, and growth initiatives while improving processes and increasing profits. Mr. Azeez leverages his experience which spans multiple industries from financial services, media, advertising, and pharmaceuticals for the betterment of the organization. Mr. Azeez graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and has MBA from Boston University as well.

Mr. Artem laryguine brings over 25 years of experience in the field of information and system development, including advanced technologies based on modern platforms and Artificial Intelligence. Artem's experience in international team creation and management gives our circle a solid IT foundation. His passion is in technical research, conceptual development and complex system implementation.

Henry has experience in both lane development working with land owners and municipalities as well as experience as an operating engineer focused on mechanical electrical systems. Henry is a black seal and a member of the operators union in NJ. Henry has always been aligned with the mission of the company.

Brendan is a licensed contractor that has teams with all of the licensed trades. Brendan and Carly have executed many turn key design build projects focused on mission critical installations. Brendan brings his resources together to support our field installations from quality control and due diligence across multiple steps of the project life.
